PpWe are searching for an Application Manager to support our IT Technology and Digital Team to ensure availability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of some Product Development applications for our Homologation and Testing Area. /ppThe Application Manager should act in agreement with the IT Central Governance in collaboration with Product Owners, Key Users, and vendors. /ph3Core Competences /h3ulliService Management: The candidate will manage the maintenance of some applications with the aim to ensure good service level, supported by external System Integrator /liliSolution Definition for New Enhancements: The candidate will participate in defining the solution, analyzing new requirements designing a system that meets the organization’s needs /liliTesting: The candidate will be involved in the testing phase, conducting functional, integration, and user acceptance tests /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport Senior Application Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and applications /liliSupport in developing and managing project schedules, budget and resource allocation plans /liliHelp ensure that project objectives are met within the agreed time frame and budget /liliCoordinate with stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables /liliAssist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues /liliParticipate in regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management /liliEnsure that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's quality standards and business requirements /liliAssist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices /liliProvide support to project team members /liliSupport the test execution /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliGraduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – High School Diploma could be enough in case of IT Experience for more than 5 years /liliStrong attitude to explore new technologies /liliGood understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycle /liliStrong problem-solving skills /liliProficient in project management software tools or willingness to learn /liliAbility to work in a team environment /liliGood English Language (at least B2) /liliPositive attitude, High Curiosity, Proactivity, Team Player, Adaptability to the different project needs /li /ulh3Key Behaviors and Competencies /h3ulliExperience collaborating with multi-national teams /liliGood analytical and problem-solving capabilities /liliGood knowledge of stakeholders’ management practices /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
