Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM effectively. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback for product and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English for communication with international clients; additional languages are a plus. Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
