Junior Product Manager Beauty
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Local Marketing function in Beauty Care Business Unit.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and working closely with the Global Category Marketing & Trade Marketing team.

* Develop and execute integrated product and communication strategies
* Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback
* Monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
* Innovate and Enhance Product Features
Your Team
You will directly report to the Marketing Manager in the Local Marketing team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
* Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
* Local Language: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
