MISSION
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth and development of all sales activities connected to the product and services of SG Engineering Business Unit in the United States. The successful candidate will work toachievesales targets inlinewith budgetgoals anddrivethecommercialplan execution, interacting with internal peer functions and monitoring the activities of assigned sales team.
KeyAccountabilities/DecisionsArea:
CustomerBusinessDevelopment
 1. Ensure the achievement of commercial targets for assigned territories, managingthesellingprocess for the portfolio of productsandservicesassigned, and guarantee sustainable business development.
 2. Driveassignedteamindealingwithexistingandpotentialcustomers,buildinglongtermrelationshipwith key decision makers across customer organization and establishing effective and sustainable partnership at once.
 3. Monitor target achievement progression promptly initiating correctiveactions, if and when needed, incollaborationwithassignedsalesteamto solve issues and ensure target achievement.
SalesOperationsEffectivenessExecution
 4. Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Services, Product Management and other relevant internal departments to guarantee and maintain the highest level of customer service.
 5. Promote ongoing coordinationandintegrationwithin the Commercialteam toorganically execute the go to market strategy and plan.
ReportingandMonitoring
 6. Monitorpotentialandemergingtrendstocreatecrossselling commercial opportunities for SG added value solutions.
 7. Monitor and oversee targets achievement progression and analyses relevant KPI’s, promptly executing correctiveactionsin collaborationwith SalesTeamas wellasfunctionsinvolved.
 8. Ensure that all tools, systems, data and records are up to date, as percorporate guidelines, policies, best practices and procedures.
BudgetManagement
 9. Ensure thepropermanagementofbudgetrelatedtoassignedareasinlinewithbusinessobjectives.
PeopleManagement
 10. Organize,manage,coachanddevelopassignedstaff,ensuringtheeffectivetalentmanagement, career path development and training, fostering commitment and engagement.
RelationshipManagement 
 11. Build effective and long-lasting relationships with actual and potential customers as well as all internal and external stakeholders, fostering the SG competitive advantages within the emerging markets.
Qualifications
 12. At least 5 years of experiences in marketing or sales management position, preferably with expertise in CRM.
 13. Knowledge of Machinery and Equipment Industry within the Manufacturing sector: process, features techniques
 14. Deep understanding of Industry market and knowledge of key consumers and segments
 15. Account Planning: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
 16. Customers and Prospects products and processes understanding
 17. Project Management: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
 18. Customer Service and CRM Management: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
 19. Analysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
 20. Budget management
 21. IT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, company applications, …)
