Under the supervision of the team, the intern will assist with the following tasks: /pulliSupport the development and delivery of strategic engagement activities and products, including newsletters, reports and online content. /liliAssist in project management activities, including data analysis, content preparation and team coordination efforts. /liliAssist in preparing and updating content for websites and social media channels. /liliConduct background research and information gathering to support communication and advocacy initiatives. /liliSupport the promotion of public events and initiatives related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). /liliAssist the team with general communication and administrative tasks when required. /li /ulpThis internship will provide hands-on experience in communication activities and offer exposure to institutional communication practices within an international organization. /ph3Qualifications required /h3h3Education /h3p• University Degree: Still enrolled in a graduate or post-graduate course or recently graduated (maximum 6 months earlier) /pp• Subject: Communication Studies; Marketing; International Relations; Political Science; Media and Journalism; Public Relations; International Development; Social Sciences /pp• Knowledge or coursework in institutional communication, digital communication, advocacy, international cooperation or sustainable development is considered an advantage. /ph3Languages /h3pFluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage. /ph3IT Skills /h3p• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). /pp• Ability to conduct internet research and information gathering. /pp• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates is an advantage. /pp• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools. /pp• Experience with basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset. /ph3Other Skills /h3pSpecific assignments might require different levels of technical proficiency.
