Job Description | Ambassador and Business Developer Junior

Your Responsibilities
1. Build, grow and maintain the EF Ambassador program for High School Exchange Year in Italy
2. Establishing meaningful relationships with individuals in your network is crucial. This goes beyond simple transactions; it's about fostering trust, rapport, and mutual respect. Building strong relationships can lead to long-term partnerships and repeat business
3. Strategic Networking: As a business developer, it's essential to strategically build and cultivate a network of contacts to achieve the sales goals
4. Social Media Marketing (SnapChat, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
5. Plan, organize and participate at fairs
6. EDM Planning
7. Plan, support and conduct Student Engagement Events, Orientation Meetings, Infomeetings (online/ offline) and other events
8. Developing new marketing ideas and new tools to inspire Gen Z
9. Build and maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues from multiple teams
10. Provide accurate information regarding our program and assist potential students in identifying which program destination will best meet their interest
11. Adhere to High School Exchange Year interview guidelines and regulations
Skills
The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated and you understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service! You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching the winning sales call.
A successful applicant should display the following attributes:
12. Being a former High School Exchange studentyourself will be highly recommended to apply for this position (Former Aupair can be also evaluated)
13. Business fluency in English (approx. 40% of workday will be conducted in English)
14. Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; ideally in Marketing or business, intercultural communication, social studies/education
15. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience; ideally in Marketing or Event Management
16. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. Problem-solving orientation, creative and structured way of working
19. Attention to detail
20. Ability to connect easily with others
21. Be a great teammate and representative of EF’s positive spirit
