Be the lead driver of iData Research's startup growth in EuropeWork closely with emerging healthcare innovators shaping the future of the industryManage client relationships, ensuring high-value outcomes and lasting partnershipsCollaborate with international teams to deliver insightful, impactful research projectsMentor and train future account managers as the team growsFully remote, with flexible work hours while making a visible impact across Europe

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and secure partnerships in business development with healthcare giants as well as start-ups in EuropeManage end-to-end sales processes and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality insightsMaintain client activity, track opportunities, and manage pipelines in CRM toolsMentor and support future team membersLead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussionsGrow sales in Europe according to company objectivesBe driven by results and aspiration to grow a European division in Malta

Who You Are

5+ years in sales, business development, or account management in B2B, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consultingExperienced in managing startup accounts and building strong partnershipsSkilled in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builderExcited to mentor and train colleagues in the futureKnowledge of healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
