Reporting to the Head of Theatrical Marketing, Italy, this role combines analytical process with creative vision to develop local strategies that drive audience engagement and box office performance in Italy. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategy Planning: Manage and optimise marketing budgets for assigned titles in Italy. /li liDevelop comprehensive marketing strategies and activation plans for titles releases in Italy. /li liAnalyse market trends and audience insights to refine local campaign positioning. /li liSet and monitor local campaign KPIs in collaboration with management. /li liDrive innovation in audience engagement strategies for local market. /li liCreative Execution: Lead creative direction across all marketing assets in Italy. /li liOversee localization of marketing materials and coordinate with international teams. /li liMaintain brand consistency while ensuring maximum creative impact for local marketing campaigns. /li liDirect and manage relationships with external creative partners. /li liMedia Collaborations: Develop and execute strategic media plans for Italy. /li liCollaborate with media agencies on local campaign optimization. /li liFoster strategic brand and media collaboration in Italy. /li liAlign with International Media lead on best practices. /li liStunts Activations: Spearhead special projects and events to drive awareness in Italy. /li liManage external agencies and stakeholders in local campaign execution. /li liCross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager, Italy on local campaign development. /li liCoordinate with distribution, PR, digital, and international teams. /li liEnsure optimal theatrical visibility through distribution channels in Italy. /li liProvide creative leadership and inspire innovative solutions. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liProven track record in end-to-end campaign development. /li liComprehensive understanding of traditional and digital advertising channels. /li liStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liExcellence in communication, presentation, and organization. /li liAdaptability and superior multitasking abilities. /li liVerbal and written fluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liOutstanding problem-solving capabilities. /li liConfident group presenter and collaborator. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills. /li liCreative thinking and innovative approach to campaigns. /li liPassionate knowledge of media, movies, and entertainment. /li liEntertainment industry experience preferred. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
