We also offer our employee assistance program to part time employees. /liliYour Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3pUsing discretion and independent judgment, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program. /pulliAssisting with survey activities to ensure that the facility maintains accreditation, certification and licensure. /liliAssisting with monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings. /liliAssisting with reviews of quarterly quality improvement reports. /liliAssisting the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities. /liliPerforming all safety and EOC duties. /liliPerforming monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance. /liliCompleting monthly quality related data entry, analysis and reporting. /liliAssisting with employee training and education in the work place. /liliWorking with leadership team to ensure reporting requirements are met. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliRegistered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure /li /ulpPreferred qualificationsthat will make you successful: /pulliAt least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short term acute care preferred. /liliPrevious experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement risk management, infection control, or survey readiness). /li /ulh3Additional Data /h3pemEqual Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans /em /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
