Join our Marketing team within the Consumer Goods Business Unit and work alongside our Brand Managers for TENA and NUVENIA.You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you can bring your ideas to life and pursue your professional goals.About The RoleSupport the Brand Managers in implementing the Marketing Strategy for TENA and NUVENIA brands to meet established sales or market share targets.What You Will DoSupport to conduct regular market trend analysis, consumer panel research, and brand tracking to continuously assess market dynamics and brand performanceActively engage in the creation and execution of digital communication strategies across owned and paid channelsWork in partnership with external agencies to define content strategies and ensure timely updates to the website for accuracy and relevanceSupport to lead the innovation of new packaging designs and the revitalization of existing packaging to enhance brand appealSupport to manage the coordination with external creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and achieve marketing objectivesTrack and analyze the Savi Campaigns performance, focusing on the redemption rates of digital samples, printed materials, and other promotional activitiesMaintain and update visual assets, sales catalogs, and technical sheets in SharePoint for the sales teams, ensuring they have the latest and most accurate materialsOversee daily operational tasks related to marketing and brand management, with an emphasis on efficiency and effectivenessWho You AreMaster Graduate or Master Student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related fieldProficiency in both English and Italian languageProficiency in the MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordGood Analytical Skills for data-driven insights and informed decisionsA genuine passion for our consumers, brands and our organization's core purposeProactive personal and professional development aptitudeGood level of autonomy and excellent communication skillsWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
