CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN
In this position you will build a professional and long-term relationship with the customer (B2B) and provide support to facilitate sales and achieve the best possible daily service for all customer requirements.
Your tasks:
* Processing all subsequent actions related to orders (order completion, release of part deliveries, open order monitoring, provide requested style data files, …)
* Handling of customer complaints on the basis of product faults, delivery errors, transport damages or losses
* Processing of the returns and credit notes
* Maintain,update and refine all customer data
* Order/data entry
Your Profile:
* You have a university degree preferably in sales or business administration
* Preferably some experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support
* You have knowledge of import export documentations to be more confident in the role
* Fluent level in English and Italian is required, any other language is a plus
* Hands-on mentality and the ability to convince others
* Strong organizational and problem solving skills
* You are a team player with intercultural sensitivity
* Proficiency in MS Office suite:
Excel, Word ,Powerpoint
* Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
