Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision-makers to ensure growth.
Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales strategies, market positioning, and collaborating with Product Management.
Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue.
Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Engage with end-users, consultants, specifiers, and system integrators to promote products and increase project pipeline and revenue.
Maintain regular reporting on sales and project progress.
Conduct customer audits and market segmentation to optimize positioning and targeting.
Contribute ideas for marketing plans, new product launches, and customer events.
Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate sales forecasting.
Achieve set budgets and targets.
Requirements:
Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end-users and specifiers.
Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals.
Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential.
Understanding of network video systems and topology.
Business or technical degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role; residence in the Milan area or South Italy preferred.
Extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel required.
