Key responsibilities include: Monitoring the commercial objectives of the assigned area consistently. Ensuring proper oversight of the sales network and identifying development opportunities. Supporting and motivating sales points within their area to promote offered services. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback for the development of assigned sales points. Conducting scouting activities to find suitable new sales points for service propositions. Ideal candidates should have: Significant experience in Telecommunications/Energy sectors. Strong goal-oriented approach. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment. Leadership skills and team guidance capabilities. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
