Four Corners, recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important Luxury firm: Head of Sales WW - Accessories The Head of Sales WW will be in charge of defining the global brand sales strategy, the sales plan and manage the sale of all collections across all channels. Responsibilities: - Create and achieve targeted sales goals; - Select, develop, and coach sales professionals to achieve goals for profitable revenue growth; - Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts; - Pursue identified business prospects, actively participating in the development of new business opportunities; - Identify, open, and manage domestic retail accounts; - Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, get sales feedback, etc.; - Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness; - Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base. Requirements: - Great experience within the wholesale environment; - Experience working in the Premium-Luxury Accessories market; - Managerial skills, experience in managing a team; - Proven contacts and existing relationships with major department stores and chain stores; - Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
