The role
In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of Data Products that enable data-driven decision-making across a global organization. As part of the Global Data & AI team, you'll identify inefficiencies, understand business needs, and deliver tangible solutions. You'll define the vision and delivery of Data Products, collaborate with technical teams, and work in a fast-paced, multinational environment using tools like Power BI, Azure, and GCP. Additionally, you'll ensure data governance aligns with organizational goals and innovate using Generative AI (GenAI). This position is ideal for someone with a strong data background, project management experience, and a desire to make a significant impact.
Duties & responsibilities
* Develop requirements for business intelligence initiatives, including estimates and timelines for deliverables.
* Ensure that business capability requirements align with the data strategy roadmaps. Elicit, analyze, specify, document, communicate, and validate BI requirements for assigned workflows/projects.
* Assist in developing best practices for implementation readiness, user adoption, support, communication, training, and rollout plans on BI solutions.
* Maintain and adapt strategies into operational plans according to business priorities and budgets.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Drive quantifiable results by facilitating interaction with business units and acting as a subject matter expert.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Business, or equivalent education.
* Preferably + years of experience in similar roles handling complex data projects in multi-country contexts.
* Experience in multinational companies with retail networks or consulting firms is preferred.
* Proactive in learning new skills and developing strengths.
* Committed to achieving challenging goals.
* Fluent in English.
Skills
* Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of data development and tools to assess project work hours and business value.
* Communication skills: Strong ability to discuss priorities, explain products, and respond to requests.
* Managerial skills: Experience in project organization and team coordination.
* Microsoft BI Stack: Proficiency in Power BI and Azure Analysis Service.
* GCP knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with BigQuery, DataProc, DataFlow, and Pub/Sub.
