Job Description
We are looking for an Italian Territory Account Manager reporting directly to the Italian Sales Director of Datalogic.
Role Mission
He / She will have the responsibility for Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) in a specific Area. The role will be in sales to Datalogic Partners and Direct Customers, End User with the main goal to successfully close projects and winning new ones.
Key Responsibilities
1. After an appropriate training, full responsibility for selling, Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) products in the defined Italian sales area of Nord Italy;
2. Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers;
3. Building long-term relationships with current partners and promoting, Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS) products to new ones;
4. Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory;
5. Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages;
6. Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs
7. Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datalogic Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities;
8. Participation in the development of sales strategies;
9. Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises;
10. Travel for 60% of time;
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or related field
• Languages: Italian: fluent both verbal and written; English (preferable but not mandatory)
• Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in sales for Industrial Automation Products, preferrable Stationary Industrial Scanner (SIS), sensors and safety, preferrable if he/she is coming from competitors.
