Compliance Officer - Compliance, Trade & Commercial Laws The role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, identifying risks, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring adherence, and providing legal advice and contract analysis across diverse international matters. Provide high quality legal and strategic advice and day-to-day support to the team and management; Participate and give assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts in order to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations; Review contracts, policies and other legal documents from clients and other third parties, ensuring compliance with the internal policies; Work closely with the General counsel and with other members of the Group and its subsidiaries; Support and were necessary manage the relationships with external counsel to ensure that all external legal advice is provided in a cost-effective way. Requirements Must have Degree in Law; 6/7years of experience in a major corporation OR in leading law firm; Knowledge and experience in the field of compliance with laws and regulations as above listed; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Highly motivated and adaptable, ableto autonomously analyze and assess business processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions. Nice to have A background that combines experience in a law firm with in-house corporate practice will be positively valued; Experience in international industrial organizations, with large export activities, is a plus.
