Key Account Manager - Italy Ambient OEM We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our Italy Ambient OEM business. The successful candidate will define and execute key account strategies, own P&L responsibilities, and foster commercial excellence across the region. Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute Italy Ambient OEM key account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives. Motivate and lead the team to achieve targets, build a positive culture, and develop long-term talent plans. P&L Ownership: Manage end-to-end profitability, set financial targets, monitor performance, and mitigate risks to ensure market success. Commercial Excellence: Drive sales growth through account prioritization, relationship management, new account penetration, and share of wallet expansion. Strengthen client relationships and improve service levels. Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with demand planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations and new product development. Market & Competitor Insights: Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and sustainability developments to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Italian market, proven B2B OEM sales experience, strong relationship management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
