Junior Key Account Manager (Junior KAM)
IQMselezione, a historical steel sector company, is hiring a Junior Key Account Manager to support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management tasks.
Responsibilities
* Support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management activities.
* Contribute to the preparation of offers, presentations, and commercial reports.
* Maintain up-to-date client databases and CRM systems.
* Attend meetings, commercial visits, and industry trade shows alongside the KAM.
* Collaborate in collecting and analyzing market data to identify trends.
* Handle operational client communications (follow‑up, order status, information requests).
* Interface with internal departments to ensure effective customer service.
* Support scouting activities and initial contacts with potential new clients.
* Assist in monitoring commercial objectives and compiling periodic reports.
Qualifications
* Proactive and enterprising attitude.
* Excellent communication and relational skills.
* Customer orientation.
* Accuracy and reliability.
* Team spirit.
* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Fluency in English.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and management systems, particularly SAP (considered a plus).
Location & Benefits
Location: Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI). Benefits include 10 meal vouchers and 2 days per week of smart working. Salary range: €26,000–30,000 RAL with a bonus of up to 8% of the RAL. Permanent full‑time contract.
