Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent (FedEx Project) We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support a major logistics project. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, offering stability, training, and performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Italian.
Assist with shipment tracking, delivery information, and issue resolution.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer cases.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: 1,100€ gross.
Performance bonus: Up to 15% of monthly salary.
Salary increase: Raises to 1,150 € gross after 36 months.
Remote work: Full-time Work-At-Home-Agent (WAHA) option.
Relocation package (for EU candidates relocating to Greece)
2 weeks hotel accommodation.
Flight ticket (within EU).
Airport pick-up.
Real estate agency fee covered.
Requirements
Native/fluent Italian.
Good command of English.
Ability to work from home independently and reliably.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
EU passport or residence permit.
Working Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Rotative shifts between 08:00-21:00.
8 hours per day + breaks.
