PpThe Safety specialist position is part of the Safety Team which has the mission to assess and ensure the compliance with the safety regulations and the Company policies, as well as the achievement of the safety targets. /p pThe main responsibilities are: /p ul liDevelopment and supervision of safety performance improvement plans, sustainability programs, and ISO 45001 compliance. /li liMonitoring Company performance through data collection, reporting, internal audits, and support to risk assessments. /li liSupport in defining and implementing safety policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, best practices, and methodologies. /li liPreventive assessment of safety impacts related to new technologies, equipment, processes, and organizational models. /li liContribution to WW Sustainability Statement activities and to awareness, training, and communication initiatives. /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe activities will be partly dedicated to manage a specific perimeter of the Company and partly to manage assigned processes and projects at Company level. They include but are not limited to the following: /p pWithin the assigned perimeter: /p ul liDrive safety performance in the assigned perimeter. /li liEnsure that all events (LTI, FA, NM, UA, UC) are reported from all areas of the assigned perimeter, ensuring that the investigations are properly led by site management (root causes, corrective actions, etc). /li liLead the implementation of Corporate safety standards within the local organizations in the assigned perimeter. /li liSupport sites on managing safety aspects, in compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, specific permits (and related prescriptions) and corporate requirements. /li liSupport sites in identifying and solving potential risks by proposing corrective and improvement actions. /li liContribute to maintain the ISO 45001 standard documentation updated, in line with the regulatory evolution and the Company policies and standards. /li liPerform internal audit and site visits, in order to verify the compliance with the standard ISO45001 and with the Company policies and to assess the risks of the sites. /li liCollect and aggregate the safety data by using the specific company software. /li liOversee the safety risk assessment of the sites and the related improvement programs and activities. /li liReview / support on safety monitoring campaign reports (noise, vibrations, chemicals, …) /li liSupport sites on improvement activities, visits/queries by internal control depts/local authorities/public bodies. /li liSupport sites in case of external visits or joint meetings, new/renewal of permits and authorizations as well as litigations. /li liSupport sites in case of Due Diligences for all the safety aspects concerned. /li liEnsure (with external consultancy support, if necessary) key trainings are carried out, (e.g., Induction/Orientation, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, etc.). /li /ul pRelated to assigned processes and projects at Company level: /p ul liSupport in designing, implementing and improving safety Company programs, activities and initiatives aimed at preventing accidents and complying with applicable Regulations; /li liDevelop and monitor improvement activities, projects and new initiatives to achieve the Company targets and the compliance assurance, both for technical and for sustainability aspects. /li liDevelop and enforce Safety guidelines and practices. /li liContribute to the Sustainability central audit by supporting the sites during the activity. /li liContribute to the development of training material, information and training tools regarding safety topics. /li liSupport for all activities related to the WW Sustainability Statement /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or related field, in technical disciplines. /li li5+ years of experience in safety areas. /li liAdvanced knowledge of safety practices, legislation and standard. /li liExperience in safety audits (ISO 45001 internal auditor qualification is strongly preferred). /li liExperience in safety risk assessments. /li liKnowledge of industry best practices and safety practices. /li liExperience in managing multiple projects within deadlines and with proper attention to detail. /li liCommunication skills, both spoken and written, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. /li liGood interpersonal relationship skills. /li liCritical thinking and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work under pressure, both independently and in a team. /li liAbility in self-directed learning. /li liDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office use /li liGood/fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (in addition to Italian). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
