PpJoin to apply for the bDigitalization, Controls Automation Regional Sales Engineer- Compression /b role at bSiemens Energy /b /p h3A Snapshot of Your Day /h3 pDrive the growth of our compression service program in the region by identifying and capturing opportunities in compressor digitalization, controls automation while collaborating closely with our global team and factory locations. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and grow a qualified sales funnel to meet compression service sales targets in the region through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /li liLead the preparation of formal bids and integrated proposals, supporting contract negotiations with customers alongside the regional commercial, legal, and finance teams, as well as the Global D,CA team. /li liSupport harmonization and localized content integration activities across multiple product lines, including gas and steam turbines, when implementing the One Train Approach. /li liConduct regional cost modeling and lead the approval process for management presentation. /li liDevelop a joint strategy with the Global CP D, CA team to enhance our service offerings. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liA college degree in electrical, control, or mechanical engineering, or a business discipline, or equivalent experience. /li liProven experience in developing and driving sales projects to closure, including direct customer interactions. /li liStrong understanding of relevant market and business knowledge, with competencies in market analysis, competition analysis, risk analysis, and life cycle cost analysis. /li liIn-depth product knowledge of compressor controls. /li liExcellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for engaging both internal and external customers. /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pOur department is comprised of a dedicated group of sales professionals with extensive expertise in compressors.
