About the role: Start date:ASAP Location : Milan (Hybrid) We have an exciting opportunity in our Milan office for a bilingual Digital Marketing Executive to generate leads and engagements for the Central Europe (CEU) sales teams, for them to create new business. Key responsibilities: PLEASE SEND YOUR CV IN ENGLISH - Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns together with content marketing team to nurture, score and qualify sales ready leads in Eloqua - Dvelop the overall digital marketing strategy - Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Siteimprove, WebTrends etc.) - Develop ways, tools, and reports to better understand customer behaviours on our different digital channels and identify areas of opportunity - Develops Growth Hacking activities About you: - Relevant experience work experience on Digital advertising and analytics preferably in a B2B environment - Experience of working closely with sales teams - Experience working with marketing automation systems and a CRM to capture, track and report on leads - Ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising campaign ROI - Fluency in Italian and English.
