IT Business Analyst– Sales & Marketing
Reporting to the Corporate IT Salesforce Manager, provides functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of Salesforce application. Works effectively and independently, as well as in cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and other technical professionals. He/She contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Business Departments).
Main Responsibilities
* Day-to-day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoring.
* Coordinate deliveries with external consultants, testers, key users and technical responsibilities.
* Analyze system improvement in agreement with key users.
* Support the roll out of projects in different countries.
* Monitor implementation of user access policies (according to segregation rules defined by Business roles and segregation of duty).
* Ensure timely communication takes place with all key stakeholders for support issues and changes.
* Assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications.
* Provide advice and guidance on optimal usage of the application.
* Carry out the validation tests of the system and participate in the Internal and External Audit programs.
* Ensure business system implications are communicated to the business.
* Provide reliable estimates and planning for new projects and/or changes.
* Provide feasibility studies and impact analysis.
* Gather and document requirements based on stakeholder input.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree in in biomedical engineering, or Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years' experience configuring Salesforce platform (including CPQ and CLM modules).
* Possess deep understanding of Salesforce's off-the-shelf functionality.
* Good knowledge of Salesforce Platform.
* Development of Apex classes, Visualforce, Lightning Component and integration flow with other applications such as SAP (Real-Time, Batch, Sync/Async).
* Knowledge of the sales process, product and pricing process and Offer process (CPQ).
* Knowledge of Salesforce configuration modules such as Marketing Cloud, CLM.
* Knowledge of Deploy management of Salesforce packages.
* Knowledge of the Project and Service Management processes.
* Salesforce certifications are a plus.
* Good analytical skills ensuring accuracy in analyses and solutions.
* Good collaboration and communication skills for effectively interact with various team members and stakeholders.
* Attention to details and stakeholders' needs.
* Great sense of responsibility.
* Ability to manage more than one project together with daily activity maintaining a positive and motivating attitude during projects.
* Ability to analyze and evaluate information in order to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Availability to travels.
OFFICE LOCATION: TORINO AREA (Piemonte). The position is Smart Working eligible.
