We are looking for an experienced HIL Methodologist Support Engineer to support advanced testing activities for industrial vehicles. This role is hands‑on, technical, and focused on safety‑critical systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage HIL methodologies for fault‑injection testing on industrial forklifts
* Ensure compliance with EN 1175 safety standards
* Build simulation setups for electrical, communication, and sensor fault testing
* Validate system reliability, robustness, and fail‑safe behavior
* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate, automated, and traceable test processes
🛠️ Required Skills
* Strong experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CAN, CANopen, LIN)
* Knowledge of vTestStudio for test automation
* Mandatory certifications: PES, PEV, PAI
* Good understanding of safety‑critical systems and HIL architectures

* 3–5 years of experience in HIL or automotive/industrial testing
* Italian C1 and English B2
* No travel required
