What You Will Do : Take fierce customer focus to execute sales, helping solve some of the world’s most challenging security problems for our enterprise clients. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and positive energy to sell the best technology! Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives, with a focus on driving business transaction linearity and pipeline development. Identify and pursue sales opportunities at assigned accounts. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives leveraging your industry and technical background. Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to identify solution opportunities. Establish value-added relationships within the domain of the account to become a trusted advisor. Use technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to educate customers on the value of solutions. Develop multi-level relationships within assigned accounts, utilizing internal and external resources, including channel partners, to maximize revenue and establish Forescout as a strategic, long-term partner. Manage accounts and opportunities effectively through planning, supported by a virtual team including executives, sales, product management, engineering, and partners. Coordinate with delivery teams to leverage follow-on business opportunities. Participate in major project milestones and executive reviews. What You Bring To Forescout : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with 8 years of selling technology solutions to C-level executives. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience selling security software solutions such as endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, NAC, etc. A successful track record at various levels, including winning awards like President’s Club. Excellent prospecting and business development skills, with recent success selling to enterprise accounts with 5,000 employees. Experience working with Global 2000 companies. Ability to solution-sell multi-product software and hardware solutions. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels in large, complex organizations. Excellent negotiation skills to work with customers and partners on terms and pricing. Team-oriented, collaborating with sales engineers, marketing, and professional services to meet and exceed quotas. Influence in contract negotiations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Skilled at multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
