understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentLeading by Example demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiativesGuarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomesBuild and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindsetSupervises the state of the stockroom and of the related stockpile, ensuring that are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the related team and keeping informed the Store Manager about adjustmentsOptimizes the stock management and verifies that the goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employeeEnsures the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store teamSupports the Store Manager in managing all the activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories and fiscal annual inventorKEY REQUIREMENTSPrevious at least 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retailIn depth product knowledge of women universe, either RTW, shoes and accessoriesExperience in training the team, empower and motivateResults-driven and customer focusedStrong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)Strong attention to detailsAvailable to work over weekends, public holidays and outside normal working hours#MRNCreativity at Marni comes from differences.
