Responsibilities
Define and execute commercial strategies to achieve medium and long-term business goals; Develop and manage relationships with independent dealers and national sales companies across Europe; Support and guide local sales companies in managing their dealer networks; Identify and onboard new dealers in markets without direct company presence; Conduct market analysis to support expansion, coverage optimization, and business development; Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on market trends and dealer feedback; Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards across the dealer network; Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to support commercial performance and growth. Qualifications
Proven experience in international B2B sales roles managing indirect sales channels (dealer/distributor model); Strong strategic and commercial mindset with ability to influence across cultures; Fluent in English and available for frequent international travel. Experience in industrial B2B sectors with complex product portfolios; Track record of developing and optimizing dealer networks across multiple countries; Ability to build compelling business cases and drive investment decisions; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Structured and analytical approach to performance monitoring and reporting; Fluency in additional European languages; Degree in economics, business, or related disciplines; Experience working in multinational environments with matrix structures.
