About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will lead regional go-to-market (GTM) execution and product positioning across Latin America, working closely with Sales, distributors, and HQ teams.
This role focuses on driving commercial-ready product launches in a channel-driven environment, translating global product strategies into localized messaging, launch plans, and distributor programs that support sell-in and sell-through across the region.
You will act as a key connector between HQ product teams and local markets, ensuring Cooler Master's products are positioned effectively for LATAM's diverse market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the regional product GTM strategy for LATAM, from launch to lifecycle management.
- Localize global product positioning into Spanish- and Portuguese-friendly messaging, launch materials, and campaigns.
- Partner with regional Sales to align pricing, product assortment, and channel strategy across distributors and key accounts.
- Manage launch readiness including assets, samples, product training, and GTM timelines.
- Coordinate with HQ Product, Global Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to ensure consistent product storytelling.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, competitor activities, and market feedback across LATAM.
- Support distributor meetings, key customer engagements, trade shows, and regional product events.
- Work closely with channel partners to maximize campaign execution, visibility, and ROI.
- Collect field insights and provide structured feedback to HQ for product and strategy optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or marketing roles within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of PC components, peripherals, or gaming ecosystem.
- Proven experience operating in channel- and distributor-driven markets.
- Experience working across multiple LATAM countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia).
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (both preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
