As Sales Manager, reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage the relationship, saturation, and penetration of a portfolio of accounts based on the allocated geographical market. You will also serve as a Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco ambassador to the customer, with system-wide responsibility. This is a key position supporting the growth of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco. Your responsibilities will include actively identifying and developing new business opportunities in your assigned market, nurturing long-term partnerships with existing clients, crafting tailored proposals and experiences that reflect the property’s identity and exceed client expectations, leveraging the CRM system (Salesforce) to track performance, collaborating with the Events Sales Team, analyzing trends to contribute to strategy, building SMART key account plans, engaging with decision-makers, and preparing performance reports and client presentations. Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Familiarity with LQA / Forbes standards and operational systems like Opera PMS. Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building ability. A team player with a proactive mindset, interested in mentoring and internal development.
