Qualifications - About You
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 to 2 years retail management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension.
* Customer service orientation.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically.
* Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to operate POS system.
