Position:Sales Manager (TBR) Reporting Manager: Director - Sales. Company Name: Zafco (ITALY) Role:Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share for TBR Tires with high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibility Areas: - Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales operations. - Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide them with relevant information about the products to achieve target sales. - Develop business processes and personal relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. - Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with distributors. - Monitor sales achieved versus target to proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure the set targets are achieved. - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to streamline sales operations and ensure customer needs are met efficiently. - Manage the inventory ordered against the forecast and ensure that inventory levels are optimal at all times. - Responsible for sales planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through rolling forecasts and converting them into timely orders from the customers. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to enhance sales performance. - Responsible for customer visits to build expectations to increase the business size. - Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in gross margin. - Review sales price to ensure that deviations from the plan are highlighted and corrective measures are taken. - Ensure receivables are reviewed in a timely way with the customers and ensure that the outstanding receivables are secured and paid in accordance with the credit terms agreed with the customer. - Reviews financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities. - Generate periodic and need-based sales reports to evaluate the performance of the sales team. Skills Required: - Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives. - Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and driving sales growth. - Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and preparing sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration (Sales). Experience:Minimum 10 years in the ITALY TBR tire market, with strong connections to mid to large customers.
