Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for electrical calibration, RF measurement, and calibration services across Europe by combining technical metrology know-how with strategic account development. You will support distributors, train customers, and help launch new products, shaping the market through expert demonstrations and collaborative cross-functional work. This position sits at the intersection of engineering and sales, enabling high‐precision measurement solutions for key industries. You will play a pivotal role in aligning regional needs with Fluke Calibration's product strategy and lifecycle.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide application and product support for electrical calibration, RF measurement, metrology and precision instrumentation
Deliver training on Fluke Calibration solutions to end customers and channel partners
Support customers and distributors with solution selection, measurement applications, and demonstrations/workshops
Develop applications, demonstrations, and technical documentation; create best practices
Identify opportunities in key industries and contribute to European market growth strategies
Communicate market feedback, requirements, and competitive insights to the Business Unit
Contribute to product strategy and PLCM discussions; provide market forecasts for new products
Drive adoption and positioning of New Product Innovations (NPIs) in the market
Lead technical enablement and training for distributors; assist in complex deals and tenders
Develop and support strategic key accounts across Europe with distributors
Build relationships with technical stakeholders and align regional needs with global strategy
Responsabilità 10+ years of technical experience in product engineering, application management, product management, technical sales or key account management in test & measurement
Degree with electronics, metrology, calibration laboratory or similar technical background (exact field not specified)
Experience or knowledge of electrical calibration, multifunction calibration, RF calibration, or precision measurement systems
Proven success in supporting complex sales cycles
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
