TXT E-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Aerospace & Defence Business Unit.

The selected candidate will be involved in software component development, actively collaborating with the project team and interfacing with the Client, contributing to innovative and high-quality solutions.
Required technical skills:
Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements
Development of software modules in C++ on Linux operating systems; alternatively, strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles is required
Knowledge of Python
Experience with XML for configuration and data exchange
Familiarity with Model-Driven Development (MDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
Ability to integrate different software modules
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of the ADA programming language
Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, VirtualBox, or similar)
Familiarity with IBM software engineering toolchain (DOORS, Rhapsody, RQM, etc.)
Understanding and development of multithreaded applications, with attention to synchronization, resource management, and performance
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
Work location:
Activities will take place at the Client site in Rome
