We are always looking for passionate, talented, and like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to manage a specific kitchen section within the restaurants of Borgo Santo Pietro and support the Executive Chef in delivering consistent culinary excellence.You will play a key role in overseeing daily preparations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and supporting the creativity and efficiency of the kitchen team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare and cook dishes in your section, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation, while managing mise en place and keeping ingredients fresh and organised.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to achieve operational goals and maintain smooth kitchen workflow.
Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff assigned to your section.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth workflow and timely service during lunch, dinner, and special events.
Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and product knowledge to contribute to menu development and innovation.
Who you are:
An experienced Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background; experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end culinary environments is considered a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
Professional, disciplined, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards under pressure.
