Posizione
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Tecnica Skiboots team.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
* Editing the “New Product Briefing” and overseeing the product development process to ensure alignment with consumer and trade needs;
* Sharing and monitoring product development to respect deadlines for time to market, marketing, and production;
* Collaborating with R&D to ensure appropriate margins in line with company guidelines by analyzing direct product costs and collection definitions;
* Staying up-to-date with technologies, materials, and processes to meet brand and market innovation needs;
* Proposing sustainability initiatives aligned with the Group's strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Gathering market feedback through structured communication with sales managers, ambassadors, athletes, and reps to collect sell-out data and qualitative feedback;
* Updating and issuing collection documents (.xls + .ppt) to ensure accurate information on collection development;
* Analyzing competitors in terms of pricing, technology, segmentation, and design trends;
* Reviewing internal forecasts and sales reports to facilitate decision-making;
* Creating and presenting the New Graphics briefing to agencies and managing the execution process;
* Supporting the development of sustainable solutions in line with the Group’s sustainability strategy;
* Traveling and meeting with the sales force, retailers, and benchmarking competitors;
* Testing skiboots with the Group Winter Product Validation team;
* Collaborating with Project Leaders and R&D to monitor product development and costs;
* Presenting collections to sales teams, internal audiences, and retailers;
* Working with marketing to define messages and support content creation for events;
* Participating in trade shows, consumer events, and other relevant fairs for inspiration;
* Meeting periodically with the CRM team for consumer trend insights;
* Organizing documents and materials for Buying Group meetings and product clinics;
* Engaging with suppliers for new materials and services;
* Managing documentation via the Company Cloud;
* Preparing materials for product development phases (concept, 2D, 3D, lineup);
* Updating the BUD in relation to product and collection development;
* Managing showroom setup and inventory.
