PWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Heating and Refrigeration Technologies. Reporting directly to the Head of HRT Italy, the ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding our presence within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and process industries. This role involves collaboration with the sales team, cross-business units, and headquarters while meeting defined targets for offer volumes and customer engagement. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ol libBusiness Development: /b ul liIdentify and establish relationships with end customers operating in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, district heating, and process industries. /li liBuild and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. /li liDevelop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share. /li liMeet targets set by the Head of HRT for offer volumes and customer management. /li /ul /li libCollaboration and Coordination: /b ul liWork closely with the sales team to align strategies, share market insights, and coordinate efforts. /li liCollaborate with other Business Units to identify synergies and create integrated solutions that maximize value for the company and clients. /li liInterface regularly with HQ in Germany to share business analyses, market insights, and strategic recommendations. /li liAct as a bridge between technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. /li /ul /li libRegulatory Expertise: /b ul liStay informed on Italian and European regulations, incentives, and legal requirements affecting refrigeration and heating solutions. /li liAdvise clients on compliance and assist in leveraging incentives and tax benefits. /li /ul /li libMarket and Product Knowledge: /b ul liMaintain in-depth knowledge of our machinery and components portfolio, emphasizing energy-efficient and innovative solutions. /li liAnalyze market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. /li /ul /li /ol h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 pbRequirements: /b /p ul liProven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the refrigeration, heating, or process equipment industry. /li liStrong understanding of national and European regulations related to energy efficiency incentives and compliance. /li liExcellent communication and relationship-building skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively across teams and with international headquarters. /li liProactive and strategic mindset focused on measurable results. /li liFluency in English and Italian is essential. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liAn opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing sector with high market potential. /li liA dynamic and supportive team environment. /li liProfessional development opportunities and a clear growth path. /li liFlexibility enabled by smart working policies. /li /ul pInterested?
