We're seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Amazon Shipping team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on driving business growth through new customer acquisition and relationship management in the enterprise segment.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and enterprise customers in the assigned territoryDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsOwn and maintain P&L responsibilities for the assigned portfolioIdentify and onboard high-potential customers through consultative selling approachAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboardingMonitor key performance metrics and prepare regular business reports
Key Job Responsibilities
Deliver positive experience to assigned and onboarded shipper accounts and win volume (#Shipments and Revenue) and hygiene parametersDevelop your individual account management strategy at a shipper-levelUnderstanding and reinforcing the value proposition and creating joint business plans with shippersAction proactive and reactive measures on key business parameters like operations, claims, and receivablesFollow the standard operating processes to scale the working of the function.Help refine the business value proposition using local knowledge, secondary research and past data
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience
