Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and set up tables with attention to detail
* Collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable service.
* Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy.
* Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism.
* Interpret the culinary needs of the clientele.
* Sell the company's products and services.
* Serve food and beverages to diners.
* Clean and tidy the operational area.
* Strictly adhere to hygiene and health standards.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of food and hygiene.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Have a good command English
* Knowledge of gastronomy, national and regional cuisine.
* Knowledge of enology, wine and beverage service.
