Job Summary
Tetra Pak South Europe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the categories Juice, Nectars, Still Drinks, Wine and Water on the Italian Market.
The position is based in Rubiera, Italy and reports to the South Europe Marketing Director. You will manage 1 direct report.
What You Will Do
- Analyze the marketplace (competition, customers and consumers) to identify relevant trends and dynamics in the assigned categories
- Define the category strategy in line with South Europe Market plan and Tetra Pak ambitions
- Support customers and internal stakeholders with data, insights, presentations and materials
- Accelerate growth in the assigned category and adjacencies, driving innovation to customers
- Identify and execute joint marketing activities with customers also in partnership with central Marketing Services Team
- Actively participate to Key Accounts Plans
- Strengthen our sustainability positioning and support local sustainability initiatives involving customers
- Secure constant alignment with the Communication Plan
- Secure constant alignment with Comms Op plan
Profile Description
- Excellent command of Italian and fluency in English, both written and spoken
- University/college degree or equivalent qualification. MBA considered a plus
- 8-10 years of working experience in Marketing B2B and/or B2C, Trade Marketing or Sales; FMCG experience a plus
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience
- Computer skills at a high level in Excel, PowerPoint and Retail tracking data
- Driver’s license
