We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market. We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business, through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabrick’s key clients, you will be focused on cross & up-selling activities in order to ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being close to sales and partnership managers as well as product and engineering teams.
What you will do:
* Be the main point of contact for our most-important customers, managing a cross industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions)
* Shape, monitor and share our KPIs to our clients
* Build relationships with the right stakeholders to success into the day-to-day activities
* Champion product improvements and help drive to launch new features
* Attending events to meet Fabrick’s clients
* Work closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategy
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of finance
* Knowledge of the payment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommended
* Excellent communication skills
* Dynamic and KPI-driven
* Capable of working well under pressure
* Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
* Ability to “think-outside-the-box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
* Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
* Willing to travel, to visit other offices and to stay in regular touch with the headquarter
* 5 years of experience in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts
* Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance or economics) or equivalent practical experience
