We are looking for a Panettiere to join our DaV Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. They are willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reporting: They will report to the Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
* Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant according to the company policies, high standards and procedures.
* Take care of the mise en place.
* Support the Chef de Rang with service.
* Clean and set up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service.
* Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service; act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.
Requirements
* Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non‑verbally).
* Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust your style to them; manage your emotions in challenging situations.
* Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed, offer solutions and adopt new ways of doing things.
* Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player; share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
* Fluent in Italian and basic level of English.
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships.
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
