We are looking for a Sales Manager for Italy, Spain and Portugal to expand our Sales Team in Europe.
Responsibility
Scan market and collect information about market development trends
Acquisition of new customers and maintain customer relationships
Create product- and brand strategy based on market analysis
Support on solution for customer complaint program
Improve brand recognition by building brand shops and carry out marketing acitivities
Optimize product portfolio
Report information and achieve sales targets
Qualification
~ Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
~5+ years of Sales-experience in tire industry
~ Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
~ Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
~ Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
~ Fluent in English and native in a local language - Any other additional language is a plus
~ Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
