We are seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate the pastry experience, crafting refined, innovative, and wellness-driven desserts for a discerning international clientele.
The Role
As Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing world-class pastry and dessert offerings, ensuring every creation reflects the brand's commitment to luxury, wellness, and exceptional guest experience.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in ultra-luxury resorts or 5-star international hotels
* Expertise in modern pastry techniques, plated desserts, artisan baking, and chocolate work
* Mandatory: Proficiency in at least one European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
* Strong leadership with the ability to train, inspire, and manage multicultural teams
* Exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics, and fine presentation
Preferred Profile
* Experience in wellness-focused or health-conscious pastry concepts (vegan, gluten-free, low sugar)
* Ability to create bespoke dessert menus tailored to high-net-worth international guests
* Deep understanding of global luxury hospitality standards
* Passion for innovation, storytelling through food, and elevated guest experiences
