Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Ordering Planning: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand.
2. Inventory Management: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
3. Marketing Strategy: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics.
4. Dealer Management: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets.
5. Relationship Management: Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps.
7. Operational Monitoring: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key
