Position We are looking for a
driven and strategic Product Manager
to join our
Flow Control Platform
team, focusing on
Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) Drivers. In this role, you will be at the heart of product innovation, shaping the future of our solutions and ensuring they meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product lifecycle
– from market analysis and roadmap definition to launch and continuous improvement.
Drive
innovation
by identifying
trends, analyzing
competitors, and translating
insights
into new product opportunities.
Enhance performance
across Quality, Cost, and Delivery, ensuring our products lead the industry.
Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning priorities with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Engage
directly
with customers and
our
sales network
to gather feedback and maximize product impact.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B electronics industry.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and engage with customers daily.
Curiosity and passion for electromechanical disciplines (a STEM degree is a plus).
Environmental awareness, understanding the impact of HVAC/R units on sustainability.
Proactive and accountable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Innovative problem-solver, with a hands‑on approach to overcoming challenges.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations to diverse technical audiences.
Global mindset – willing to travel internationally and collaborate with distributed teams.
