Main responsibilities: Support users in automation and maintenance management. Resolve incidents by analyzing and debugging reported issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Design, develop, and deploy workarounds to resume production activities. Gather and analyze user requirements for application enhancements, collaborating with application teams. Conduct application qualification and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases or new applications. Participate in designing or developing applications, working closely with application teams, equipment suppliers, and external software providers. Perform Equipment characterization (SECS-GEM) and test/deploy new Equipment Integration Controller software (EIC). Update existing EICs with new functionalities. Provide on-call support for critical issues during non-business hours. Contribute to defining new solutions and proof of concepts with the architecture group. Write and maintain technical documentation. Support site digital transformation initiatives. Utilize technologies such as Java, scripting in Linux, Python, PERL, and Oracle PL/SQL procedures. Experience and Qualifications: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field, with 2-3 years of development experience. Fluent in English, able to travel and be on duty. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, MS-Azure) is advantageous. Profile: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. Excellent command of English and ability to interact globally. Team player with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Quick learner of new technologies. Good team spirit, time management, and proactive attitude. Experience in similar roles is a plus.
