In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical locations and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media). /liliIdentify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements. /liliIdentify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products. /liliNurture and build relationships with these practitioners. /liliAdvise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to be innovative and market-leading, leveraging our ecosystem to support partners. /liliCollaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices. /liliDevelop templates and systems to respond to FAQs from practitioners to scale the program. /liliPartner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to boost online sales and brand awareness. /liliIdentify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that fit the brand. /liliWork with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliResults-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment. /lili3-5 years of successful sales experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness industry. /liliUnderstanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs. /liliExcellent communication skills internally and externally. /liliAdvanced degree in nutrition or related field is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
