At Felia, we are looking for a proactive Senior Accounting Specialist to be the backbone of our finance team. you will drive daily financial operations, optimize our processes, and ensure flawless statutory compliance.

Master the General Ledger: Own daily bookkeeping with a strategic focus on cost center accounting and analytical dimensions.
Ensure Flawless Compliance: Expertly manage VAT calculations, professional withholding tax ( Ritenute d’Acconto ), and ensure all statutory filings are executed smoothly and on time.
Lead Reconciliations & Audits: Oversee ledger account controls and inter-company matching, acting as the trusted primary point of contact for external and Statutory Auditors.
Be at the forefront of our digital evolution by supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP modules (e-invoicing, order management, etc.).
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and guarantee that all mandatory corporate books and social registers are perfectly up to date.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
A strong, successful track record in a similar senior accounting role within a structured corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems ( Oracle NetSuite experience is a major plus!).
Regulatory Expertise: A deep, up-to-date understanding of local tax regulations, compliance, and accounting standards.
