To assist in this fast paced and vibrant environment, the Creative Director & Owner is seeking a full-time bilingual executive level Personal Assistant who will be based in the company’s head offices in Florence.
The ideal candidate has a strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. He/she needs to have an excellent sense of order and great taste.
The candidate will be expected to:
* Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to owner’s working and private life.
* Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Book and manage travel arrangements.
* Act as point of contact between the owner and internal/external collaborators and clients.
* Conduct sourcing of products, suppliers and negotiate prices.
* Deal with confidential information.
Required skills:
* High school diploma.
* A qualification as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
* Fluent level of English is required.
* Demonstrated experience in working independently to identify, analyse, and solve problems.
* Skilled and experienced in organization and time management to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to last-minute changes.
* Excellent sense of taste.
* Proficient in the different computer programs (Office Suite, Google emails, etc) and numbers.
* Outstanding negotiation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional planning and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Driving license is required.
